Quality Management and Certification
Volpato Nello and Luigino s.r.l has been using a system of self-control based on HACCP principles since 1997, highlighting the areas of risk and taking necessary corrective actions. We are also in possession of suitable health authorization for goods intended for human consumption.
In 2004, we obtained the UNI EN ISO 9001: 2000 quality management certification for the chain traceability under UNI 10939. We also received product certification for non-genetically modified dried corn.
In 2007, we obtained product certification for non-genetically modified dehydrated national maize product with maximum Aflatoxin B1 content conforming to Certiquality DTP45.
On request, we can supply certified Italian food maize with a maximum content of 2,000 ppb of total Fumonisine and low cracking index. With continuous monitoring of our manufacturing phases, we constantly improve the quality of our products to better meet the needs of our customers.
